Commercial & Industrial Services

Roof Coatings

Sunvek is insured for roofing and coating on existing structures and not new construction.

Roof coatings are fluid applied and provide a seamless barrier against heat and moisture.

Roof coatings extend the lifetime of your client's roof and enhance performance by completely sealing it from leaks and reflecting heat to reduce energy costs. We can coat almost any surface and have applied silicone to sheet metal, TPO, tar paper, and spray foam roofs to extend their lifetime and enhance their performance.

Our roof coatings come with warranties that guarantee the products we use and our workmanship.

We always do a final inspection to make sure that the roof is ready to perform for your client for years to come.

Spray Foam Roofs

Sunvek is insured for roofing and coating on existing structures and not new construction.

Sunvek’s Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) roofs work for flat or low-pitched roofs.

SPF roofs consist of a layer of spray foam with a layer of roof coating on top. The spray foam insulates the building while the roof coating protects the spray foam from the sun and the building from water damage.

Spray foam roof systems offer exceptional protection from the elements and value for the investment.

Spray Foam Insulation

Sunvek is insured to provide insulation for existing structures and new construction.

Spray foam offers the highest insulative value (R-value) of any home insulation product on the market today.

Spray foam insulation consists of two types of spray foam which we layer on top of each other. These layers increase insulation, prevent air and moisture transmission, and deliver superior insulative value. Spray foam insulation is an investment that pays off in energy savings and high efficiency for years to come. There’s a reason that the famous YETI brand uses spray foam to insulate their products — it can’t be beat!

Spray foam wall insulation offers superior insulation value (R-value) and doubles as an air barrier. It works twice as hard as traditional insulation products, like fiberglass batt, to deliver more bang for your client's buck.

Spray foam attic insulation delivers the best attic insulation to help keep your client's energy costs down and the home comfortable regardless of the weather. It doesn’t have the most common problems that crop up with traditional insulation because it doesn’t settle, and it doesn’t mold. This means that it doesn’t need to be replaced. Spray foam attic insulation is the best insulation for houses to cut energy costs and save money.

Spray foam floor insulation fully adheres to the bottom of the floor. Spray foam makes an ideal insulative barrier for basement ceilings to improve the warmth of a basement and prevent cold from seeping up to the main level.

Josh Walters - WF Contracting

“John and his team insulated my basement with the spray in foam. It made an immediate and drastic difference! They were very professional and did a great job cleaning up after the project. Sunvek Roofing has also provided roofing services for our customers. They are extremely reliable and great to work with. I highly recommend John and Ben!"

FAQs

What is your square footage limit?

We have no limit on square footage. Our team can handle any size job from tens of thousands of square feet to hundreds of thousands of square feet to millions of square feet.

Can I expect timely completion of my project?

Yes, our team works very hard to meet the agreed-upon project deadline. Regardless of our intentions, however, we do occasionally experience delays. The main delay we encounter is weather related, such as instances of high wind, or stormy weather. We seldom experience product delivery delays. In the event that a delay occurs we will inform you.

What is the roof restoration and coating process?

Once we have a signed contract we will coordinate a start date and arrive on-site to clean the roof surface. In the event that we need to tear off the existing roof we may temporarily bring a crane, a roofing chute, or a dumpster which we will place in a location that is convenient and safe for all involved. Once the tear off is completed our team will clean the roof with blowers and/or pressure washers. Then we will seal any problem areas with a specially designed product before applying the roof coating. After the coating is applied we always do final touchups and a final inspection to ensure quality.

What is the foam application process like?

The spray foam application process is low disruption and low impact to your clientele and your team. Our team is small, usually only consisting of 2 to 3 people. We set up, apply the foam, and clean up. We get it done quickly and most of our clients are surprised at how little time the spray foam application takes.

Why is spray foam so expensive?

You may have heard that spray foam is expensive, or perhaps you’ve received a quote and been surprised at the numbers. There are 2 reasons for the cost.
1. Spray foam is constantly improving. We buy our spray foam products from the most reputable manufacturers in the industry so we pay for the best products that are backed by the most research. This means that you’re paying top dollar for the best product to be installed in your home.
2. Spray foam expertise is a skill and our team is one of the best in the industry. Our SPFA certified Master Installer, Ben Skoog, has a reputation from coast to coast. He is a giant in the industry due to his expertise and ability to spray foam. He’s the kind of guy that you can watch work and believe that it’s easy because his skill is at the level where he makes it look that way. Put simply, he’s worth it.

What are the benefits of spray foam insulation when compared to conventional insulation?

Spray foam insulation avoids the most common issues that crop up with conventional insulation. It doesn’t settle like blown insulation, and it runs no risk of molding when wet, like fiberglass insulation. This means that it doesn’t need to be replaced. EVER.
Spray foam’s insulative value (R-Value) is higher per inch than any other insulation product. Per inch of spray foam you receive a better return on your money. Not only does it insulate more than traditional insulation products, it also prevents air from passing through it, so it does more than twice the work of traditional insulation products.

What can I expect from the Sunvek team?

Our team is dedicated to your satisfaction. We work with you to figure out the most low-impact way for our team to get the work done for you. When we arrive, we set up, spray, and clean up before we leave. Our goal is to leave without having been a disruption to you or your life. You will hear our generators running outside in our truck, and will see plastic and paper set up to protect areas that might be vulnerable to overspray, like windows and floors.

What is the billing process?

After you receive your free estimate and sign the contract you’ll pay a deposit. This deposit provides us with the funds to order your spray foam. Once we finish the job for you, we bill you for the remaining amount according to the contract that you signed. We have no hidden fees and the amount you pay will be the same amount that you agreed to pay in your contract. We send you the bill via e-mail or snail mail (according to your preference) within 3 days of completion of the job.

Do your services come with warranties?

Yes. We offer a warranty for our workmanship and the products that we use also come with manufacturer's warranties. In some cases your roof may have a warranty for up to 10 years. That's a value that can't be beat!
