Spray Foam Roofing

Efficient. Reliable. Exceptional Service

Spray foam can be applied on a new roof, over an existing roof, or can replace the old roofing material. Foam can improve drainage while providing lightweight stability and insulation.

A Faster, Cleaner Roofing Job

The application process for spray foam is faster than traditional roofing methods and uses a smaller crew. This means less hassle for you.

Adaptable

We can layer our products up in low areas to reduce standing water and improve drainage. The result is a watertight roof system that offers superior protection from leaks.

Monolithic

Spray foam is applied in a seamless monolithic layer. It seals cracks and holes within the roof surface and eliminates the leak-prone seams and junctions which are typical of traditional roofing methods.

Self-Adhering

Spray foam self-adheres to the roof surface, preventing punctures associated with other roofing systems, and providing exemplary wind-uplift resistance.

Self-Flashing

Spray foam is self-flashing around stacks, vents, ducts and other objects. This improves leak resistance.

Durable

Our roofing products create a durable surface that holds up against the elements and can be walked on.

Energy Conservation

Spray foam roofing has the highest R Value and lowest thermal conductivity of any commercial roofing system. It is self-adhering and doesn’t use any traditional fasteners; this prevents thermal bridging and reduces energy costs. Spray foam prevents the transfer of heat through the roof and maximizes energy conservation.

Light Weight

Spray foam roofing has a high strength-to-weight ratio which makes it an ideal product for roofing and re-roofing new and existing structures.

Extended Building Life

Spray foam roofing protects your building from temperature fluctuations and prevents structural damage due to thermal expansion and contraction. These issues are frequently seen in other roof systems. An additional bonus is that our products provide superior insulation which reduces the strain on your heating and cooling equipment.

Roof Coatings

Coated Roof Restoration

Coating is applied in a seamless monolithic layer, sealing and restoring the roof surface, and offering a cost-effective solution to leak issues.

Leak Prevention

Roof coatings completely coat and self-adhere to the roof surface. This seals areas where nails, screws, junctions, seams, and flashing materials may be causing leak issues in roofs.

Cost Effective

Roof coatings can be applied onto existing roofs to extend their lifetime. This is a very cost- effective option for addressing leak issues. Coating will not transfer heat into the structure and its white color reflects heat and helps reduce cooling costs.

Versatile

Coatings are self-adhering and can be applied to most roof surfaces.

They provide a seamless, durable, and flexible layer which protects against leaks.

Resilient

Roof coatings maintain their flexibility and function within an extreme range of temperatures which makes them an ideal leak solution regardless of climate. They provide excellent hail resistance and can withstand a variety of climate and weather challenges. They also protect the roof from ozone and UV damage.

Walk Decks

Walk deck coatings are resilient and can withstand the effects of foot traffic or furniture. This type of coating is typically applied to sundecks, balconies, and patios. Our products prevent water from leaking into areas beneath the walk deck.

Slip Resistant Surface

Sunvek applies multiple layers of coating and can include traction agents, such as sand, to ensure a non-slip surface. The final product expands and contracts with the building to provide a durable and leak free surface which is ideal for a variety of walk deck needs.

Coatings for all types

Sunvek offers services for a variety of walk decks including exposed decks and covered decks.

Resilient

Walk deck coatings retain their color, are easy to maintain, are tough enough to withstand foot traffic, and are chemically resistant.

Spray Foam Insulation & Air Barriers

Efficient. Reliable. Exceptional Service

Spray foam insulation can be applied to a variety of structures, including (but not limited to) residential buildings, commercial buildings, pole structures, metal buildings, agricultural structures, storage tanks, and so much more.

Spray foam expands when applied and provides high-quality insulation which can also serve as vapor and/or air barriers.

Spray Foam Forms a Complete Seal

Spray foam wall insulation completely seals to the building and is a water-resistant product which often acts as both a vapor and air barrier. It is mold and mildew resistant and free of the dust which is typical of other insulation systems.

Closed Cell Spray Foam Insulation

Closed cell spray foam insulation is a high-density product which works as a vapor and air barrier. It improves the strength of the structure and is lightweight and wind resistant. Closed cell spray foam works extremely well in pole buildings where it is difficult to hang insulation or achieve the desired R Value with traditional insulation products.

R Value 5.5 to 6.5 per inch.

Open Cell Spray Foam Insulation

Open cell spray foam insulation is a low-density product which works as an air barrier. It is water blown and environmentally friendly.

R Value 3.5 per inch

Thermal & Ignition Barriers

Spray applied fire coatings may be used over the insulation or drywall may be installed.

Air Barriers

Silicone air barrier coatings systems can be applied to create building envelopes for new construction or remodels.

Silicone air barriers fully adhere to the surface to provide an airtight building and increase energy efficiency.

Hybrid Roof Restoration

Hybrid Roof Restoration: Coating & Foam

Spray foam is used to seal leaks and improve drainage by building up low areas. Coating restores the roof. This combination is cost-effective and solves tough leak problems.

Unique Hybrid System

Spray foam is applied to seal roof leaks, repair damaged areas, and fill low spots. Seam sealant is applied to existing seams and roof coating is applied over the entire roof.

Our silicone coating products bond extremely well to most roof types.

Self-Flashing

Spray-applied polyurethane foam is self-flashing around stacks, vents, ducts and other objects. This improves leak resistance.

Durable

Our hybrid roofing products create a durable surface that holds up against the elements and can be walked on.

Value

By restoring the existing roofing material with coating and foam, we eliminate the need for costly tear-offs. Your roof doesn’t end up in the landfill and can continue to serve you for years to come.
