Roof Coatings
Attention to Detail Guaranteed
Spray polyurethane foam needs protection from harmful ultra-violet rays, excess moisture, and everyday use. There are several coatings will help protect the foam.
After the spray foam has been applied, it is finished with a protective coated layer. This layer is incredibly durable against harsh weather elements and can be walked on.

Elastomeric Roof Coatings

Elastomeric roof coatings are sprayed or rolled-on and are an excellent choice to use to maintain your current roof.
No Seams or Joints – Elastomeric coatings seal the roof surface, protecting it from rain and wind driven damage. The elastomeric roof coating resists deterioration from dirt and dust accumulation, giving them great durability.
Energy Efficient – White is the most common color for elastomeric coating because it reduces thermal transfer by reflecting sunrays away from the roof. This “cool roof” reflectivity lets your HVAC units run less, saving you on utility bills.
Coating Cost – Elastomeric roof coatings cost substantially less than other roofing systems. Budget-conscious facility owners can save money while extending the life of their roof by 10 years or more.
Quick Installation – Elastomeric roof coatings apply quickly and require little manpower.
Light Weight – Elastomeric coatings do not add much weight to the roof so there is no detrimental effect to your building’s structure.
Reduction of costs over the life of a roof – Because of the reduction in thermal transfer and elastomeric properties, your roof will last longer and have less leaks.
Easy to Maintain – An elastomeric coated roof will last 10-15 years before a recoat is needed. A recoat consists of power washing, priming, and applying a fresh coat.
Silicone Coatings

Silicone coatings have long life expectancies, with most manufacturers giving a 50-year material warranty.
Cost Effective – Eliminates the need to tear off & replace the roof.
Versatile – Can be applied to most roof surfaces.
Seamless – Provides a seamless, durable, and flexible coating.
Weatherproof – Standing or ponded water is no problem. Excellent hail and impact resistance.
Resilient – Maintains flexibility at extreme temperatures (-100° to 500°F)
Reduces Energy Cost – Reflective white color reduces cooling costs.
Sun Protection – Unaffected by ozone and UV.
Strength – Protects underlying roof.
One of the most important silicone roof coating benefits is that they have higher solids content than elastomeric, and therefore can be applied thicker in a single coat without compromising on application quality and effectiveness when cured. This saves on labor costs and time on the roof.
Does not support mold or mildew.
Solvent-free material is virtually odorless.
Moisture cured.
Saves up to 75% in application and maintenance costs compared to traditional roofing methods.
